Is the displayed delay just Bluetooth latency?
It includes hand reaction time, operating system, display and audio output delay.
Can it detect every interruption?
No. Device changes, pauses and audio state events are available, but actual missing sound may go undetected.
Why exclude the first two taps?
They allow time to adjust to the beat. Extreme outliers are also excluded.
